Our Products

What are your candles made of?

We use 100% soy wax, natural and non-toxic fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. Our products are all clean-burning, certified cruelty-free, and made with love right here in the Midwest.

How strong are your scents?

We formulate each fragrance to be noticeable without being overwhelming. If you're looking for bold, room-filling fragrance, our handcrafted blends deliver a beautifully balanced scent experience for a variety of styles.

How long do your candles last?

Our 7 oz candles typically burn for an average of 40 hours when used properly. For the 8 oz containers, we have tested up to 50 hours. As always, for best results and longer use, trim your wick to ¼ inch and let the wax melt to the edges with each burn, and try to not exceed 4 hours of burning at a time.

Are your products safe around pets or people with sensitivities?

Soy is a natural plant based wax that burns cleanly with less soot and toxins than traditional paraffin candles, and this has proven to be better for people with sensitivities and breathing difficulties. We also use natural oils that are derived from essential oils and natural ingredients, making them less harmful to people and pets. However, we do not recommend prolonged use of any products in enclosed spaces with poor ventilation, and as always we always recommend checking with your vet or doctor if you have specific concerns. Our scents are clean and crafted with care, but every nose is different. All of our products are tested and crafted in an environment with cats, dogs, and kids!

Orders & Shipping

Where all do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the U.S. via UPS, and USPS. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in our products, reach out to us — we’re happy to see what we can do!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your glow on the go. Estimated delivery will be provided at time of checkout by the provider selected. If you don't see an order update within that window, or need to expedite your order, we'd be happy to help, just contact us with the order information.

Can I ship to more than one address?

Currently our system does not allow splitting shipments. However, if you need to have an item split to a different delivery address, please contact us prior to shipment with your order number, and the information, and we will do our best to help!

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to pack every order with care, but accidents can always happen. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage and your order information so we can help! In most cases we will expedite a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Buying products from the internet can be a bit challenging, especially with something as personal as fragrances. We understand that, and have a 14 day return policy on unused, stock items (excluding private label and wholesale). Once a candle has been lit, we are unable to return the item.

To start the return process, please contact us with the order information so we can help. Please note: In most cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process refunds?

In most cases, approved returns will receive a refund upon receipt of the product, and processing times will depend on your financial institution.

What if I don’t love the scent I picked?

Scent is personal - we definitely get that! We want you to love your scent as much as we do, but we know that shopping online can be a risk. We will happily provide a one time exchange per order on unused products if you don't like the scent. We're confident that you'll love our products, one way or another. What if I don't like my custom product?

We make every effort to work with you on covering every detail we possibly can before purchasing. In some cases, we may offer samples prior to purchase, however sales on wholesale and customized products are final. In any case, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to see if there is anything we can do to help.
