Return Policy:
We understand that shopping online is difficult. Without being able to touch, smell, or see a product in person, you're taking a gamble. Even more so for a first time purchase! We offer returns and exchanges based on the criteria below:

Returns:
Eligible unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, for a full purchase price refund. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Eligible products are determined as "unused and in original condition". To avoid any issues and confusion, please note that this means once you light a candle, we can no longer return it.

Exchanges:
Eligible products that arrive damaged may receive a complimentary replacement with documented proof of delivery damage. Just snap a photo of how it arrived and send it over to us, and we'd be happy to make it right! If any product shows signs of defect or has problems after use, we may determine eligibility for an exchange based on criteria. Simple reach out to us here and we'd be more than happy to chat about it with you!
